Tampa Car Care provides mobile car detailing services in the Tampa Bay area. Our services include but are not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating application, and other automotive detailing services.

3. Booking and Cancellation

When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25, which will be waived if you reschedule within the same week.

4. Service Location

As a mobile detailing service, we come to your specified location. You are responsible for ensuring that the location is suitable for our services, including access to water and electricity if required for your service package. If the location is not suitable and we cannot perform the service, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payment methods such as Venmo and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

7. Vehicle Condition

You acknowledge that certain conditions such as deep scratches, severe oxidation, or permanent stains may not be completely removable. We will inform you of any such conditions before or during the service.

8. Personal Property

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during service. Please remove all valuable items from your vehicle before our arrival.

9. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tampa Car Care and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tampa Car Care shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
